General Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PLATFORM. By accessing or using this website, mobile application or other US Snacko product or service (collectively the "Platform") on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console or other device (collectively, "Device"), you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any other applicable law, whether or not you are a registered member of US Snacko. US Snacko may change these Terms of Use at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform shall be considered your acceptance to the revised Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this Platform.

1. Platform Use Restrictions

Users without US Snacko approved Snacko Accounts may use the Content only for your own non-commercial use to participate in the Platform or to place an order or purchase US Snacko and its affiliate products. You agree not to change or delete any ownership notices from materials downloaded or printed from the Platform. You agree not to modify, copy, translate, broadcast, perform, display, distribute, frame, reproduce, republish, download, display, post, transmit or sell any Intellectual Property or Content appearing on the Platform without US Snacko's prior written consent, unless it is your own User Generated Content that you legally post on the Platform. You agree not to use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering methods. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be interpreted as granting any license of intellectual property rights to you.

2. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference, further describes the collection and use of information on this Platform.

3. Product Orders

All orders placed through the Platform are subject to US Snacko's acceptance. This means that US Snacko may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, US Snacko will issue you a refund.

We want you to buy with confidence anytime you make a purchase on the US Snacko.com website. We guarantee purchases from third-party sellers when payment is made via the Snacko.org website. US Snacko will also reimburse you if you do not receive an agreed upon refund from a third-party seller.

The following items and situations are not covered by the US Snacko Guarantee:

  1. Payments for services
  2. Explicit Donations
  3. Payments for subscriptions
  4. Digital merchandise
  5. Damage or loss that occurs to goods after they are delivered to the destination you provided to your seller (including a freight forwarder)
  6. Payments made outside of US Snacko or directly to a unit Snacko or representative

4. Claims

If you are unable to resolve your concern directly with the unit Snacko you may file a claim directly with US Snacko. To contact the unit Snacko ('seller') directly please email the applicable unit Snacko as listed on your order receipt or fill out the contact us section on the units US Snacko homepage. To file a claim directly with US Snacko please email us at claims@snacko.us or fill out the form on our contact us page. The following conditions apply:

  • The third-party seller failed to deliver the items within the maximum estimated delivery date communicated to you
  • You received the item, but the item was defective, damaged, or not the item depicted in the third-party seller's description
  • The third-party seller does not accept the return of item in accordance with the return policy
  • You returned the item to the third-party seller per an agreement between you and the seller and the seller has not provided the agreed upon reimbursement after receiving the item
  • You must wait 15 days from the order date to submit a claim. From that point, you have 75 days to submit the claim
  • If you receive your item and it is damaged, defective, or materially different, you must contact the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt to request return information
